Workshop zu "Public Administration, Migration and Social Cohesion" am 02.07.2018 in Konstanz

Am 2. Juli 2018 trafen sich Wissenschaftler*innen der Universität Utrecht, der LMU München, der ETH Zürich sowie der Universität Konstanz zu einem eintägigen Workshop in Konstanz. Ziel der Veranstaltung war, unterschiedliche Projekte in den Themendreieck öffentliche Verwaltung, Migration und sozialer Zusammenhalt zu diskutieren. Insgesamt umfasste der Workshop fünf Vorträge, denen sich jeweils intensive konzeptionelle und methodische Diskussionen durch die Teilnehmer*innen anschlossen:

Projektpräsentation "Overtaxed and underfunded. The perceived failure of local administration in the 'migration crisis'" - Sebastian Koos, Universität Konstanz;

Projektpräsentation "New policies in old frames. Historical immigration, contemporary integration policies, and the causal power of ideas" - Christina Zuber, Universität Konstanz
