Workshop "Scientists meet practitioners" 06.-07.05.2019 in Konstanz
Over the last years, the increase of refugee arrivals has posed significant challenges to public administrations and civil society in Germany and many other countries. In response to these challenges, new solutions have been developed, established structures and processes have been adapted and new forms of cooperation and coordination have been created. In parallel, many new research projects have started. Researchers are currently conducting interviews, analyze data bases and identify good practices in many regions.
From May 6-7, 2019, the HybOrg project team organized a 2-day workshop to exchange experiences. The event focused on methodological questions, but also addressed the question how research results can be transfered into administrative and political practice most effectively.
